Absolutely! You can upgrade your package at any time during your event. Just contact us and we'll handle the transition seamlessly.
What happens after the storage period ends?
Before your storage period expires, we'll send you download links for all your photos and videos. You can also extend storage for an additional fee if needed.
Do you offer refunds?
